Children's Programs
Youth are our future. We are in a cycle of extremes with the 1960’s generation pushing aside all what grandmother tried to teach us and have replaced it with social humanism allowing the individual to be and act according to his own dictates. Any moral code of ethics that even date back to ancient Egyptian times has been replaced with one’s freedom to express his uniqueness.
Lacking a moral compass is like a rudderless sailboat shifting with the wind. When the fog and mist subsides one finds himself circulating aimlessly. Reaching goals, becoming a success in life will only be a temporary condition if the foundation is not properly formed. We see this today with our youth who are not prepared to live within our changing world. They have not been able to develop any sense of social consciousness built on respect and decency of the human being. Many remind us of those tawdry boys from Lord of the Flies struggling to survive in a world of their making.
Manners build confidence and respect for others. Respect fosters positive social interaction. Kindness is “in”, rude behavior is “out”. The basic value of every child is to be respected and accepted. Character, based on moral principles of decency and respect, will provide direction for any child and build a secure foundation that will weather any storm. Sound character, together with communication skills and basic decent human courtesies, are paramount to success. Once these attributes are learned, with practice they will soon become second nature.
Beverly Hills Manners™ ,along with guidance from leading educators, has assembled an intriguing and fun-filled array of programs for children. Programs are small to provide interaction and practice. All areas of etiquette are thoroughly covered and most incorporate a tutorial dining program. Children’s programs are for both boys and girls ages 6 -12.

Teen Programs
No time in U.S. history has it been more important to develop within our culture a society based on civility, integrity and character of the highest order. Too many years of undisciplined and reckless behavior has dominated all areas of society. Even within the academic communities placing value on one’s character, honesty has been limited and there are fewer and fewer role-models in which our youth can look up to and emulate.
Manners matter and we are witnessing this with college graduates enrolling in etiquette classes in record numbers. Being a genius in a particular field of study is not a guarantee of success in the marketplace. It is very important to provide training to our youth in leadership and in the basic skills of etiquette. They are the future and they are our hope to build a society based on sound moral principles.
The Charmed Warriors and Perfectly Polished & Poised classes are for girls, The Gentleman’s Society is for men and Leadership Matters is slated for both girls and boys to prepare them for their first job interview, dress code for success and communication and conflict resolution skills for operating within the workplace successfully. All classes incorporate a tutorial dining program. Young teens ages 13 – 18.

Adult Protocol & Business Etiquette
Business is global and American jobs are going global, this trend will not change. The American businessman can no longer count on old strategies for success. Business schools today are retooling their curriculum to meet this change. Computer technology has become the superhighway for explosive growth worldwide. The small or mid-size business can now participate where previously only those exclusive to the Fortune 500 were allowed. This has brought opportunities to any creative entrepreneur. What is critical is being knowledgeable about how to effectively conduct business, not only domestically, but internationally. So much of the negotiation is done outside of the office and generally takes place in a more relaxed social setting. This is particularly true for that international client where a certain level of trust must be solidified prior to the signing of any contract. American businesspeople must become more aware and project a confident and polished image. If they do not create an environment of trust and respect, the business deal will not succeed.
Beverly Hills Manners™ offers extensive programs to train the executive in all areas and assist them in developing a positive business relationship with the client. These are learned skills that the American businessperson has had little training or exposure to. From the negotiating table to the dining table, they will be coached on all aspects of protocols.
Who should attend these classes?
• Any person who wishes to further develop their interpersonal skills in the marketplace from the negotiating table to the dining table.
• Any person who may be entering the job market who will be dealing with clients directly either domestically or internationally.
• Any person who may be considering a career change, especially for those whose job may have been exported overseas.

Social Graces Programs
The “Social Graces” Series presents the most comprehensive instruction for those wishing to learn the various intricacies of today's "modern manners." Confusion, coupled with a lack of confidence, has dominated the social and business scene when it comes to understanding the basic tenets as to the proper form of behavior when conducting interaction whether in a social or business setting. There is a difference and it is important for those who wish to polish up their style to know these differences as well as to feel comfortable in any kind of social interaction. This has become imperative if one wishes to assume any kind of leadership either within the business community or socially. People with rude and obtrusive behavior, no matter how innocent they may be, are just not welcomed in either the business or social world. Manners matter and only those who understand this will excel in whatever endeavors they so choose to engage.
The traditional family setting of dinner every night around the table has changed with the influx of today's woman in the marketplace. Schedules have changed and what was once a priority within the family unit that fostered the delicate care and teaching of good manners and social skills to our children has been substituted by convenience and a myriad of activities. The family social structure has been undergoing change since the 1960's so that we actually have two generations that have not received adequate instruction in social and communicative skills. We constantly see this at the highest level with the disrespect and harsh language of many of our society’s leaders. It is therefore imperative that with the current generation and future generations, we begin to instill the values of integrity with the development of sound leadership and character.
Beverly Hills Manners™ has assembled classes to meet these needs. Through the Social Graces Series, one may choose to participate in all three classes or choose whichever one will meet their immediate need in polishing their unique style and giving them confidence in any social or business interaction.
