Beverly Hills Manners™ has developed training for those entrepreneurs interested in beginning or expanding their business in etiquette/protocol. The philosophy of Beverly Hills Manners™ is that any person who is interested in acquiring this knowledge, such as a school teacher who wishes to incorporate some manners training in the classroom, to the human resource specialist, public relations official or image consultant should be able to obtain these materials. Such information should be inclusive and not exclusive for everyone! We recognize this and therefore have developed two styles of learning to best meet your needs.
For those interested in attending the formal classroom approach we offer four three-day training sessions. They are held in February, April, June, and September. Locations depending on enrollment are in Los Angeles, New York City and London, U.K. Upon completion the student will receive a Certificate of Merit welcoming them into the world of protocol and etiquette. This is only the beginning of our relationship for no two markets are identical and we look forward to sharing our experiences with you in making your business venture a success.
There are four programs from which you can choose to receive your certification. Each program is three days in duration. Initially, it is recommended that you take one, three-day program. However, for those traveling from outside the United States we have given special permission to complete all four, three-day modules. The classes are held consecutively so you can complete all programs within a twelve day period.
Train the Trainer Programs • Children’s Etiquette & Manners – all Petite Protocol™ and youth programs • Location: Los Angeles, New York City. London U.K.

** Contact us today to receive an information packet on our exclusive Train the Trainer Programs. Price covers all materials (books, videos, teacher curriculums, power point presentations, Jump Start to Success strategies) and over fifteen hours of personal consultation with the etiquette expert Diane Diehl who personally will be your trainer! Upon receipt of your Certificate of Merit certification, you automatically will be a member of the International Society of Protocol Consultants™, an exclusive and private registry through which referrals will be forwarded to you from other members.
Classes are small to insure quality of instruction so they fill up quickly. A deposit of $1,000 reserves your space in the class and must be received thirty days before class commencement. Total cost for each program is $3500. |

For the hotel and retail industry who wish their staff to exemplify the very best in customer service, this class has been highly acclaimed and is exclusively offered only through Beverly Hills Manners™. Competition within the business marketplace has never been greater. Time and time again we keep hearing the phrase that “customer service is the single most important factor in any business.” Every person within that organization, from the door man to the president of the corporation is critical to insure success. All have influence within their corporate culture. Only those organizations that understand this and set up their culture with these sensitivities in mind will realize years of continued success.
In this seminar you will learn: - Cultural and customs – Are they really important? |
