Trainer Certification

 

Beverly Hills Manners™ has developed training for those entrepreneurs interested in beginning or expanding their business in etiquette and protocol. The philosophy at Beverly Hills Manners™ is that any person who is interested in acquiring this knowledge, from the school teacher who wishes to incorporate some manners training into the classroom to the human resource specialist interested in adding a bit of extra polish to their staff, should be able to do so.

Our formal classroom approach is offered in three-day training sessions. They are held in March, June and September. Locations depending on enrollment are in Los Angeles, New York City and London, U.K. Upon completion the student will receive a Certificate of Merit welcoming them into the world of etiquette and protocol. 

There are two programs from which you may choose to receive your certification. Each program is three (3) days in duration.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received within 48 hours of the start date of the program or course. Registration refunds are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made for requests received within the 48 hour time period. Refunds for “Manners Camp” and “Let’s Dance!” Cotillion will be issued until one (1) month prior to the start of each program. After the program begins, fees are not refundable. Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail to lisa@beverlyhillsmanners.com or by fax to 310-276-9088. Refunds will be issued by check. Please allow two weeks for processing.
