Thank you so much for coming and teaching us all of that info last night. It was very entertaining and I am so happy I learned all of those interesting rules of etiquette. I will make sure to enforce it at future dinners! I will be sure to pass your information along to my successor and to the rest of the greek system.
Thank you again,

I wanted to thank you, once again, for your private lesson with my son,
Jeremy. We went to the doctor's office last week and Jeremy distinguished
himself amongst the other patients his age by employing the lessons learned
and reinforced in your session. The doctor complemented him on his manners
and it went along way to maintain the importance of social etiquette.
Thank you,

In 1989, whilst completing my Masters Degree in Education at the University of Birmingham in England, it was necessary for me to attend events where I had to display good social skills. Accordingly I pledged that one day I’d attend finishing school. Today I can truly say that I have started; and I can’t imagine another professional that would make me feel as comfortable as you did during your instructions. Your training was more exhilarating and rewarding. It utilised and challenged my background knowledge in manners/etiquette and I enjoyed it thoroughly. I would like to thank you for affording me the opportunity to be tutored privately by Beverly Hills Manners. Teaching has always been the most important aspect of my academic experience, so to be at the receiving end with such a warm and knowledgeable instructor was absorbing. It is much appreciated. Thanks also for the pleasant manner in which you dealt with my daughter Tigerlily Hill of Crown Atelier, who inspired me and contacted you at Beverly Hill manners. I look forward to working with you again in the near future.

Amber and Jasmine took the Beverly Hills Manners class today at McCormick and Schmicks in Beverly Hills and they loved it. I got there just before it was over and Amber was clinking the glass to make a toast. She stood up, put her napkin on the back of the chair and made her toast. It was so cute. They enjoyed a 5-course meal that they really enjoyed (okay they didn't like the salmon (they are not big fish eaters), but they said the chicken noodle soup, chicken and jasmine rice were incredible and of course the chocolate dessert! They couldn't stop talking about everything they had learned today....which utensils to use and when, how to introduce people in the correct way, how to hold the utensils, making toasts, serving drinks, which glasses for which drink (yes, they had separate glasses for water, wine, and champagne), how to answer the phone and take messages, how to place their utensils to let the server know if they are done eating or just taking a break, how to be polite, how to walk nicely and sit the correct way, what to do if they don't like the food (that was my big concern), using the correct words (excuse me, please, thank you, no thank you, may I be excused). All of the kids were dressed so nice for this class and they all seemed to really enjoy it. Lisa gives each of the kids a certificate and a shirt when they have completed the class.

"Your Beverly Hills Manners class has done wonders for the girls here at Aviva Family and Children’s Services. I can tell that the girls adore you, even though they might be a little tough on the exterior, I know for a fact that you have made a world of difference in their lives. The change in the girls stood out when we had our Annual Awards Banquet in October. This is a time when the girls get dressed up (some for the first time ever) and are awarded for their excellence in behavior and academics through our program."

“I loved watching the children at their first lesson of Cotillion. They all said they had a good time. You were wonderful with the children and DJ, the dance instructor, is a great addition. He is such a good example to the boys of how 'cool' it is to be able to dance and it was fun.”

Thank you for a very special lunch and for making such a great impression on our kids. They enjoyed it – and we all came away with so much! Hope to see you at another event. We will refer your services.

“Thank you so much for spending the time to help turn us into well-mannered princesses and respectful dinner guests and hostesses! The crash course was most enjoyable and fun! I’ve been showing off my new etiquette skills to friends and family and they’re impressed. I truly wish I had taken that class when I was 5! Better late than never!”

We just wanted to send you a short note to let you know how much Angus enjoyed the “Museum Manners” course. As soon as I picked him up, he asked if he could to the "camp" again next week. He wanted me to tell you it was "really fun and I had a great lunch. it was really good". He raved about the art and the food and said that the chicken was "the most delicious chicken" he has ever had. We will definitely be taking more courses and recommending you to friends.
"Thank you very much. - Angus"
and Thank you very much from Angus' Mom.

Thank you so much for your “Introductory” course. Both Evan and Dalton were able to demonstrate excellent table manners that night at dinner. We were quite impressed. Dalton also told me how the Chinese do not make eye contact in their greetings, as it is considered rude. I was pleased that he learned about manners in other cultures as well as ours! They both enjoyed the class and I am pleased they got so much out of it.

I can’t thank you enough for coming to Aviva today. The girls were really responsive to your class. I know that I enjoyed it as well as the other Jr. League members. Some of those girls to this point have been a bit unresponsive or uninterested in many of the classes, but they were SO into your class. It was wonderful to see!! I will definitely keep in touch with you and hope that we can do something else together.
Sincerely,

I would like to personally thank you for the fantastic class yesterday, and for providing such a wonderful opportunity and service for our kids. Henry LOVED the class (which is saying a lot, because he is fairly blasé about these types of things) and was telling me about all the things he learned before even before we reached the car. He had a blast, and I so appreciate the many various types of etiquette that you covered; so much more than just table manners. I believe strongly in the importance of having good manners and it is always more interesting when someone, NOT your parents, is providing that information in a fun and meaningful way.
I look forward to the monthly newsletter!
Best wishes,
Leslie Ward
Thank you for teaching this fun class. I will use all my manners that I have learned and use them every day. You are a great teacher and I hope to see you again at American Girl Place. I had fun and thanks again for the wonderful time.

“Thank you for putting on such a wonderful class at McCormick & Schmick’s. As you predicted Eli really enjoyed himself and came back proudly sharing his new knowledge with both his parents and his younger brother. Again thank you for your good work we will be enjoying the company of a more well mannered child. ”

Thank you for leading such a wonderful class on Saturday. Both Hayden and Avery loved every minute of it! They came home with so much amazing information. Avery especially loved learning proper punch bowl etiquette. Hayden came home declaring how happy he is to be a boy since girls have so much more to do just to sit down properly. Your class was everything I hoped it would be and much more.

I just have to let you know that the boys' manners at both Passover Seders this week were amazing. They were complimented by various family and friends. All because of you! It is adorable.

"I was delighted to attend your Train the Trainer Program to be an etiquette instructor for children! I am so excited about my new venture and I particularly wish to thank you for all your support. Learning how to market this type of business indigenous to my particular area has been critical to my success. No two areas are the same and recognizing this and knowing how to uniquely target my market has been critical! Thank you for everything!"

"After two days of intense training in your international programs, I cannot thank you enough for all the detail and country specific information you gave me. I had no idea of all the intricacies of different cultures when trying to negotiate. Through your original research and development I always will be confident to have the most up to date and current information available!"

I just wanted to let you know what a fantastic time Aaron had at Hillcrest Country Club. He couldn't stop talking about everything he had learned all the way home. He gave us every detail from what etiquette means to how men and women eat burgers. He then continued to relay all the info to my mother-in-law. I don't think he has ever told her about any event is such detail. Also, we were speaking with some of the staff we know from the club, and they thought it was the best kid’s event that had been offered.

We appreciate your giving our executives training in international business protocol and etiquette. We will be sending our sales representatives to China and they will now be better prepared in developing a business relationship based on trust – all of which we really had not considered before and were not aware of the necessity of developing this “protocol intelligence”. We thank you for now we feel we have to tools to bring positive results and success at the negotiating table. Thank you!

Carolyn so enjoyed your class today at the magnificent Hotel Bel-Air. You would not believe what she did upon our arrival after such a fun-filled day! She proceeded to place her favorite teddy bears and dolls around the dining room table and ask to use my silver flatware and Waterford crystal! She set the table perfectly and then proceeded to “instruct” her dolls on the etiquettes of table dining! Our thanks to both of you!

I appreciated your kindness with my son when we arrived to the Hotel Bel-Air for the Petite Protocol class this past Saturday. He really was upset and did not want to attend a “manners” class. I must tell you we were stunned when we picked him up - he did not want to leave! What are your secrets? His attitude and confidence has improved tremendously! Good manners certainly are more than memorizing a set of rules! Again, I cannot thank you enough!
